DELIVERY TERMS

STANDARD DELIVERY

NATEVE ORIGINAL will endeavor to dispatch your order within 7 days but please allow up to 30 days for delivery.  For standard delivery we use a Royal Mail recorded delivery service. This service will need to be signed for by someone on arrival. An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

DELIVERY CHARGES

A one-off delivery fee is charged for each order, regardless of how many items you order.

United Kingdom

£5.50 (3-5 working days)

Europe

£8 (10-12 working days.)
Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order.

 

 USA and Canada

£10 (12-14 working days).
Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order.

All Other Countries

£9.95 (12-14 working days).
Local import duties may be payable on receipt of your order.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to you via email with a tracking number.
If you'd like to track your parcel, simply head along to www.royalmail.com, where you can enter the 13-digit tracking number in the Track and Trace box on the front page. Click 'Track it', and the status of your item will be shown.
We are required by Royal Mail to wait 31 working days before we can claim a parcel as lost.
